World Vision

In a recent letter dated April 16, 2004, World Vision strongly support the promotion of condoms especially 'targeting both the truck drivers and the commercial sex workers.'  They refer to this as 'the emergency 'fire-fighting' use of condoms.'  A copy of this letter is included in the Appendix of this publication.
